Mental Health - Why Quit ?

Qutting smoking has health benefits. Evidence suggest that smokers who quit have improved mental health with lowered stress level, reduced anxiety and depression. Your GP is more likely to reduce the dosage of medications you take for mental conditions.

Pregnancy - Why Quit ?

Smoking in pregnancy comes with a lot of risk to your baby and yourself. Smoking in pregnancy restricts air flow to your baby, making their heart beat faster and leading to complications. Quit smoking will help to reduce the risk of miscarriage, still birth, baby being born too early leading to breathing problems and low birth weight meaning your baby may struggle to keep warm.
